Running gait assessment using RunEasi motion analysis technology, with a physical therapist reviewing live metrics while the client runs on a treadmill.

Running Assessments

“Run smarter, not harder.”

A session designed to uncover your running mechanics, improve economy, and reduce injury risk.

In this 60-minute visit, we combine advanced technology with hands-on expertise:

  • RunEasi Analysis – Using cutting-edge motion analysis, we assess your gait, mechanics, and efficiency in real time while you run at your typical training pace on the treadmill.

  • Targeted Testing – A battery of strength, mobility, and stability tests specific to runners.

  • PT-Oriented Body Assessment – A full evaluation of how your body moves and where limitations may exist.

By the end of the visit, you’ll know exactly where your strengths and weaknesses lie — and you’ll leave with a personalized program built to help you run stronger, faster, and with less risk of injury.

This service is ideal for both beginner and advanced runners.

Dry Needling

“Pinpoint relief for pain and tightness.”

Dry Needling is a targeted treatment used to release tight muscles, reduce pain, and restore movement. Using very thin, filiform needles, your therapist stimulates trigger points and connective tissue to help reset dysfunctional muscle patterns.

This technique can:

  • Decrease pain and muscle tension

  • Improve mobility and function

  • Speed recovery from injury or overuse

  • Help you move and perform at your best

Dry needling is one of the many tools we use as part of a comprehensive treatment plan — always tailored to your specific needs and goals.

Bike Fitting

“Ride stronger, longer, and more comfortably.”

A proper bike fit starts off the bike. We take time to learn about you, your riding style, and your goals. From there, we complete a detailed body assessment to identify what’s optimal for your body. (And because we’re physical therapists first, you’ll also get a custom program to address any imbalances or limitations we find.)

Then it’s on to the fit itself:

  • Using laser alignment to assess knee tracking and adjust your cleats

  • Dialing in saddle height and position

  • Fine-tuning handlebars for comfort and power

Our goal: a bike that feels like an extension of you.

Please note: This service is designed for both beginner and advanced riders. We are unable to perform fittings on fat bikes, as they cannot be mounted on the trainer.

Injury Screens

“Clarity and confidence before you commit.”

Not sure what’s going on? Looking for a second opinion?
Our injury screens are a simple way to get clarity before committing to a full plan of care.

We frequently host free screens at local gyms and businesses, and we’re always happy to schedule one-on-one screens in the clinic if our Discovery Call doesn’t do the trick. During this quick visit, we’ll:

  • Listen to your concerns and learn about your activity goals

  • Perform a brief movement and injury screen

  • Share our professional opinion on what may be going on

  • Give you clear next steps — whether that’s a full PT evaluation, home strategies, or a referral elsewhere

Think of it as a low-pressure way to get answers and a trusted plan forward.

Blood Flow Restriction Training

“Strength gains without the heavy load.”

Want to maintain strength during your season? Looking to build muscle but limited by pain or injury? BFR Training could be the solution.

BFR combines low-intensity exercise with temporary blood flow restriction to the working muscles. This creates a hypoxic environment that mimics what happens during high-intensity, heavy lifting — without the same load on your body.

The result: your brain and body respond as if you’ve trained intensely, leading to measurable strength gains.

BFR is a powerful option for:

  • Athletes in-season who want to maintain strength without added fatigue

  • Individuals recovering from injury or surgery

  • Reducing strength imbalances

  • Training through pain while still building capacity
