Crossfit New Member screens
We’re Glad you’re here.
As a new CrossFit member, you’re eligible for a movement screen with one of our licensed physical therapists.
This screen is designed to give you a high-level snapshot of how your body moves as it relates to CrossFit—so you can train with confidence from day one.
During your screen, we’ll look at key mobility and stability areas that show up frequently in CrossFit (think squats, hinges, presses, and overhead movements).
By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with:
A clearer understanding of your current range of motion
Individualized guidance for common CrossFit movements
Simple, targeted drills you can use in your warm-ups—specific to YOU.
This isn’t about finding what’s “wrong.” It’s about meeting your body where it’s at, helping you move well, and setting you up for long-term progress and durability in the gym.
